Kyle honorably separated from the U.S. Air Force in 2008, where he served as an Intelligence Analyst in San Antonio, TX, and deployed to Iraq, embedded with a Joint Special Operations group in 2006-2007. After returning home to the Binghamton area, he began training Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Shokido Combat Jiu Jitsu, and Muay Thai kickboxing. He is affiliated with, promoted, and trained, by Mike DesRosiers at the United Fighting Arts Institute (USBJJF and IBJJF registered) in South Burlington, VT. UFAI is currently affiliated with Subconscious Brazilian Jiu Jitsu under
Nic Gregiorades (Roger Gracie) and Brent Burniston ( Jean Jacques Machado).

Ethan began his martial arts journey at Tri-City Karate Academy at the age of 8. He trained hard and rose through the ranks of black belt, 2nd Dan by age 17. Ethan is a trusted student and an experienced youth instructor, after teaching Tang Soo Do for several years, and now Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ). He began training BJJ with
607 Grappling in January of 2017 and has been training consistently since. The goal of the youth classes is to offer quality training in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, all while providing a dynamic and interesting environment that will be fun, educational, and hold your child's attention.
We are recognized as an official partner with the "Bulies Over Buddies" program. BoB is a program dedicated to helping youth that are being bullied to find hope, build confidence and self-estem, as well as learning self-defense through Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.

Christi spent many years as a coach for various athletic teams at both Vestal Central School District and SUNY Broome Community College. She began training BJJ with 607 Grappling in 2015, and has been training consistently since, and is currently the highest-ranked female practitioner at the school. Christi is now the instructor for the Female-Only Brazilian Jiu Jitsu classes on the 2nd Saturday of every month from 11:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. The female classes focus on self-defense and scenario-based instruction, to provide confidence and situational awareness for many issues that women are faced with. Christi is also the instructor for the Fundamentals & Orientation class every Thursday from 6:00 - 7:00 p.m.
The class is designed as an 8-week program to give the student a head-start for the adult classes, so they feel more comfortable with terminology, concepts, positions, etiquette, etc.
Located at 311 Exchange Ave., Endicott, NY 13760, we occupy around 3,000 sq.ft. of space in the lower level of the building. There is just over 1,100 sq.ft. of mat space, plenty of seating, weights, kettlebells, cardio equipment, etc.
The mat space is cleaned daily (sometimes twice) with Simple Green D Pro5 disinfectant/antifungal/sanitizer.
Our philosophy is that the student is the most important asset at the school. The entire process specifically focuses on a welcoming, friendly, and focused gym culture and an all-around inclusive environment with top-tier instruction.
We are closed on Sundays, spend time with your friends/family!
Youth classes (age 7-15); expect group warm-ups, instruction, reps, and games to finish out the class.
Stand-up/striking class; expect warm-ups, rounds, combo and partner training.

We offer a free trial day of training for anyone who is looking to start training with us, as a way to decide if our training is a good personal fit for you! You can stop by at the start of any of our current classes, do you have a date/time that works best for you?
Our head affiliated school, U.F.A.I. (United Fighting Arts Institute) is based out of South Burlington, VT, and the Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) academy is headed by Mike DesRosiers. He is a 2nd degree black belt in BJJ, and our head instructor here in Endicott is Kyle Mills, a BJJ black belt, promoted by Mike D. Additionally, the head Muay Thai instructor is "Kru Muay" Chris Ballard, Senior Certified Instructor (Kru), K.M.A./W.M.O., International Coach, Bangkok, Thailand, 2014.
We accept ages 7-15 for our youth classes and 16+ for adult classes, both male and female. Currently, we have students that range from 8 - 60+ years of age, and we are always happy to accept new or experienced students, as they provide for a more well-rounded and diverse training base for all trainees!
Monthly registrations vary based on your level of involvement per week (2 days or unlimited) and overall commitment (monthly, 6 months, 12 months). Prices can vary from $85 to $150 monthly, and discounts are also offered for military, law enforcement, first responders, educators, etc. Additionally, we offer an 8-week Fundamentals and Orientation program for brand-new adult students. The eight-week punchcard for attending the program is $150 total or $20 per class.
