Kyle honorably separated from the U.S. Air Force in 2008, where he served as an Intelligence Analyst in San Antonio, TX, and deployed to Iraq, embedded with a Joint Special Operations group in 2006-2007. After returning home to the Binghamton area, he began training in 607 grappling, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Shokido Combat Jiu Jitsu, and Muay Thai kickboxing. He is affiliated with, promoted, and trained by 2nd-degree black belt, Mike DesRosiers, at the United Fighting Arts Institute (USBJJF and IBJJF registered) in South Burlington, VT. UFAI is currently affiliated with Subconscious Brazilian Jiu Jitsu under Nic Gregiorades (Roger Gracie), Brent Burniston (Jean Jacques Machado), and Kit Dale (Yuri Simões). In addition to his training, Kyle is actively involved in the local BJJ community, contributing to the growth of BJJ in Vestal and Endicott Martial Arts, as well as promoting jiu jitsu in Binghamton, NY.

Christi spent many years as a coach for various athletic teams at both Vestal Central School District and SUNY Broome Community College. She began training in BJJ with 607 Grappling, a well-known Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and martial arts school, in 2015 and has been training consistently since. Christi is currently the highest-ranked student and practitioner at 607 Grappling. She now instructs the Female-Only Brazilian Jiu Jitsu classes every 2nd Saturday of the month from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. These classes focus on self-defense and scenario-based instruction, aimed at providing women with confidence and situational awareness to tackle various challenges they may face.
Additionally, Christi teaches the Fundamentals & Orientation class every Thursday from 6:00 to 7:00 p.m. This class, designed as an 8-week program, helps students get a head-start for the regularly-scheduled BJJ Vestal classes, ensuring they feel more comfortable with terminology, concepts, positions, etiquette, and more. For those in the Binghamton NY area, including Endicott Martial Arts enthusiasts, this class is a perfect introduction to the world of jiu jitsu.

Ethan began his martial arts journey at Tri-City Karate Academy at the age of 8. He trained hard and rose through the ranks to achieve his black belt, 2nd Dan by age 17. As a trusted student and experienced youth instructor, Ethan has taught Tang Soo Do for several years and is now focusing on Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ). He started training in BJJ with 607 Grappling in January of 2017 and has maintained a consistent training regimen since then. The goal of the youth classes at 607 Grappling is to provide quality training in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu while creating a dynamic and engaging environment that is fun, educational, and captivating for your child.
Additionally, we are proud to be recognized as an official partner with the "Bullies Over Buddies" program. This initiative is dedicated to helping youth who are being bullied find hope and build confidence and self-esteem, while also learning valuable self-defense skills through Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. This program is particularly beneficial for those interested in Endicott Martial Arts and Jiu Jitsu in Binghamton, NY.
Located at 311 Exchange Ave., Endicott, NY 13760, our facility for 607 grappling Brazilian jiu jitsu and martial arts occupies around 3,000 sq.ft. on the lower level of the building. Within this space, there is just over 1,100 sq.ft. of mat area dedicated to BJJ, along with plenty of seating, weights, kettlebells, cardio equipment, and more, perfect for those interested in BJJ Vestal or jiu jitsu Binghamton NY. We take pride in our clean environment, with the mat space being sanitized daily (and sometimes twice) using Simple Green D Pro5 disinfectant/antifungal/sanitizer to ensure a safe training experience for all our Endicott Martial Arts members.
Our philosophy at our BJJ Vestal school is that the student is the most important asset. The entire process specifically emphasizes a welcoming, friendly, and focused gym culture, creating an all-around inclusive environment with top-tier instruction in 607 grappling Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and martial arts, including Jiu Jitsu in Binghamton NY and Endicott Martial Arts.

We offer a free trial day of training for anyone who is looking to start training with us, as a way to decide if our training is a good personal fit for you! Trial classes are available on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday afternoons. You can book a space at the top of this page, or simply stop by at the start of any of our current classes!
Our head affiliated school, U.F.A.I. (United Fighting Arts Institute) is based out of South Burlington, VT, and the Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) academy is headed by Mike DesRosiers. He is a 3rd degree black belt in BJJ, and our head instructor here in Endicott is Kyle Mills, a BJJ black belt, promoted by Mike DesRosiers. Additionally, the head Muay Thai instructor is "Kru Muay" Chris Ballard, Senior Certified Instructor (Kru), K.M.A./W.M.O., International Coach, Bangkok, Thailand, 2014.
We accept ages 7-15 for our youth classes and 16+ for adult classes, both male and female. Currently, we have students that range up to 60+ years of age, and we are always happy to accept new or experienced students, as they provide for a more well-rounded and diverse training base for all trainees!
Monthly registrations vary based on your level of involvement per week (2 days or unlimited) and overall commitment (monthly, 6 months, 12 months). Prices can vary from $85 to $150 monthly, and discounts are also offered for military/veterans, law enforcement, first responders, educators, etc. Additionally, we offer an 8-week Fundamentals and Orientation program for brand-new adult students. The eight-week punchcard for attending the program is $150 total or $20 per class, discounts also available.
