Our 8-week Fundamentals & Orientation Program is the perfect starting point for anyone new to Brazilian Jiu Jitsu—or anyone who wants to rebuild their foundation with proper technique, confidence, and understanding. Each week focuses on key concepts such as movement, positions, transitions, defense, and basic submissions; all taught in a safe, supportive, beginner-friendly environment. You’ll learn not just how to move, but why each movement matters, setting you up for long-term progress both on and off the mats.
This isn’t just another drop-in class—it’s a structured, step-by-step progression designed for total beginners. Whether your goal is fitness, self-defense, or to join our full Brazilian Jiu Jitsu program, this course gives you everything you need to feel comfortable and capable on the mats. Most students start here, and many continue training long after because of the confidence, discipline, and community they discover.
Classes are held every Thursday from 6:00–7:00 p.m. at 607 Grappling (311 Exchange Ave., Endicott, NY 13760).
New students are welcome to begin at any point in the 8-week rotation—no need to wait for “Week One.” Each class covers a different core concept, and the program continuously cycles, allowing you to pick up any weeks you miss during the next rotation.
Attendance is tracked using a punch card system, so you’ll receive credit for each session you attend until you’ve completed all 8 classes—no stress, no wasted sessions, and complete flexibility to train at your own pace.
Reserve your spot today by purchasing your 8-Week Punch Card for just $150 (a $10 savings compared to paying per class). Once you’ve completed your purchase, we’ll reach out to confirm your start date and welcome you to your first class.
